Feed optimizer

The "Optimize my feed" wizard gathers your account's channels into one forum with topics — without clones and without dead channels.

HomeOptimize my feed

The account follows dozens of channels, and half of them post the same thing. Optimize my feed sorts those channels by topic and builds one forum group out of them: every topic is a section of the feed, every channel is a separate forward into its topic. The same news from different channels can be filtered out, and channels that have long gone quiet are not connected at all.

The Optimize my feed card sits on the home screen in the Connected accounts block once there is at least one active account. The wizard runs once: after the forum is built, the card disappears.

Step 1. Account

The first screen explains what the wizard does and offers Account when several are connected: the channels this account follows are the ones used. Continue starts the analysis, Not now closes the wizard.

Step 2. Analysis

The wizard finds the account's channels, reads their latest posts and assigns every channel a topic from them: news, world politics, AI, tech and so on. A counter shows the progress. If the analysis fails, tap Try again.

Step 3. Forum and options

At the top is a summary like Found 48 channels in 9 topics. Below are Forum name ("Routify" by default) and the Options block:

  • Filter clones — the same news from different channels arrives once. Turns on the similarity filter at 70% for the whole forum.
  • Topic for filtered posts — a separate "Filtered" topic that gets clones and posts cut by filters, marked with the reason; it is the chat for filtered messages pointed at a topic of the same forum.
  • Sign posts with the channel name — several channels share a topic, and the signature shows where a post came from. When off, Remove source name is switched on in the template.
  • Filter ads and cut subscribe links — AI processing for the whole forum: ads are filtered out, "Subscribe" lines and links to other channels are cut, links to the source stay.
  • Skip dead channels — channels silent for longer than Silent for, days (14 by default) are not connected. Under the field you see how many there are right now.

Every switch starts on. Arrange topics moves on.

Clone filtering and the AI ad filter work from the Expert plan: on Pro the forum is built, but these two options do not apply.

Step 4. Arranging topics

The Topics of «Routify» screen: topics with channels inside. A topic comes from a category with at least two channels — 12 at most; single channels go to the closest matching topic or to "Misc". Every channel shows its @name and when it last posted.

  • Drag channels between topics and rename topics.
  • Add topic creates a new one; an empty topic is not created.
  • A channel can be hidden — it moves to the Not added block at the bottom, where you can bring it back. Dead channels land there straight away.

The button at the bottom shows the total: Create forum: 9 topics, 45 channels.

What gets created

  1. Your account creates a forum group with the chosen name and the Routify logo, sets up the topics and adds @RoutifyBot as an administrator.
  2. Every channel gets a forward into its topic: your account reads, the bot sends, mode Copy, edits and deletions are synced.
  3. The Your feed is ready screen shows how many channels were connected and which could not be; Open in Telegram opens the forum.

From then on the forum is an ordinary destination on the home screen: its settings, filters and forwards change like those of any other chat.

Limits

Every channel is a separate source and counts toward the plan limit (see Plans). If there are more channels than the limit allows, the wizard refuses before creating the forum — hide the extra channels in step 4 or move to a higher plan.
