Terms of use

MADBOTS LIMITED (the "Company", "we", "us"), operates the Telegram bot @RoutifyBot, its mini app and this website (the "Service").

Acceptance of terms

By starting a chat with @RoutifyBot, adding it to a channel or group, connecting a Telegram account, opening its mini app or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by Telegram's own Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service.

What the Service does

Routify reads new messages in the Telegram chats, channels and groups you select as sources, through Telegram accounts you connect (or by link for public channels), and delivers them, processed according to your settings, to Telegram chats you control. The content delivered belongs to its authors; Routify is a technical intermediary. You are responsible for having the right to republish the content you route into channels and groups, and for complying with Telegram's terms and the rules of the chats you read from.

Your responsibilities

• You connect only Telegram accounts that belong to you, and you keep their two-factor password under your own control.
• You add the bot only to chats where you are an administrator or have the owner's permission, and you route messages only into chats you are allowed to publish in.
• You do not use the Service for spam, harassment, unlawful content, mass unsolicited messaging, copying private conversations without consent, or activity that endangers the network or other users.
• You keep the tokens and keys you connect to the Service (a custom bot token, an OpenRouter key) under your own control; you can remove them at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Connected accounts and Telegram limits

A connected account is used through Telegram's official client API on your behalf. Telegram may rate-limit, restrict or sign out an account that sends or reads too much, regardless of what tool is used. We keep delivery within reasonable limits and fall back to the bot where possible, but we do not guarantee that Telegram will not restrict a connected account, and such a restriction is not a ground for a refund.

Plans, subscriptions and renewals

A paid plan grants access to the features and limits listed on the pricing page for the billing period you selected (a month, three months or a year).

Every paid plan can be tried free for 1 day, once per account. A trial ends automatically; nothing is charged unless you buy a plan.

Who we are

The Service is operated by MADBOTS LIMITED, a private company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry, at Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. You can reach us at [email protected] or @madbots_support on Telegram.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Telegram in your country and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.

Your account

Your account is your Telegram account: we identify you by the user ID Telegram sends us. Keep your Telegram account secure — anyone with access to it can manage your settings, chats and subscription. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else is using your account.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that harasses, threatens or defames anyone;
• publish unlawful content, or content you have no right to republish;
• attempt to bypass limits, quotas, plan restrictions or access controls, or probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities;
• resell, sublicense or automate access to the Service outside the features it offers;
• use the Service to build a competing product, or to scrape it;
• impersonate another person, or connect a chat you have no right to manage.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this section without a refund.

Intellectual property

The Service — its software, interface, texts, documentation, logos and marks — belongs to MADBOTS LIMITED and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as it is offered, for as long as these Terms are in force.

Content you route through the Service stays with you and its authors. We claim no ownership of it and process it only to perform the functions you switched on. You are responsible for having the right to use and republish that content.

Third parties

The Service runs on Telegram and works with services we do not control: the platforms you follow, language-model providers, payment providers, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the flow, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or content.

Payments and subscriptions

Plans, billing periods, renewals, taxes and payment methods are described on the payments page. Refunds and cancellation are described in the refund policy.

Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop at any time: block the bot, unlink your chats, or cancel your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination the licence above ends; sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Changes to the Service

We develop the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features, limits and plans. We may also suspend it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we announce it in advance in the @madbots channel.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular source, platform or feature will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADBOTS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold MADBOTS LIMITED harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs brought by a third party because of the content you routed through the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] first: we try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days, and most of them end there. If that fails, the dispute is subject to the courts of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings where you live.

Electronic communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically — in Telegram, in the mini app or by email — and that electronic messages, approvals and receipts satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the privacy policy, the payments page and the refund policy, are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business.
